IQ ONLINE TRAININGS is good but, can be the best

★★★★☆

So far have taken 3 certifications from them. 2 out of 3 instructors were good. Itil self-paced was more engaging, faster and much comprehensive than the actual instructor class. They have many batches to choose from but, I suggest having full 8 hour batch for this course and other 36 hour certification will help them retain old clients. Their classes are live online hence, saves travel time, travel hassel and money. In top of that they provide solid customer support keeping 'customer first' policy. Overall a good experience but, with improvement in 8 hour batches and instructor quality the will be leap years ahead of competition in India.
