SAP Customer service involves planning, processing and executing the complete customer service successfully which provides full satisfaction to the customer. It’s one of the models in SAP ERP and its an extension to the SD module and plant maintenance module. It’s mainly used to provide for extremely high-quality customer support. Customer services include- structure and manage technical objects, create a service request, manage data for business partners and warranties, bill the cost after service served, plan and execute requested service and Monitor call processing. All services are managed in PM module and In SD can create and maintain the relevant contract services.
